"Stunning House - Grand Design. Lovely hosts giving so many extras. Breakfasts were amazing. Such a large comfortable bed. We slept like tops. The shower was large and easy to operate. All in all - exceptional !!"

Beautiful setting, exceptionally clean, 5*
"Modern B&B very close to Brighton. Lots of nice places close by to eat and/or drink. Linen good quality and very clean. Thick fluffy towels. Modern bathroom and very nice products included. Breakfast was beautiful both mornings, full english, porridge, eggs benedict and lots of toast! Hosts are friendly and welcoming. Large guest lounge but the room we stayed in had a huge window and a great view so we didn’t move far! Would highly recommend for some R & R"

"Our friends booked for the four of us for two nights, having said they had found the most wonderful B&B near Glyndebourne,
and they weren't kidding. Everything was not just really welcoming, but also quite perfect; from the rooms, to the breakfasts,
the high speed wifi, and not forgetting the two cats. Ann and Martin are obviously perfectionists and seem to have thought of everything. Their hospitality and attention to detail are second to none, and they take pleasure in going the extra mile to make
your stay a comfortable and memorable one. For example, my wife had mentioned that she tended to feel hot at night. After the first night Ann questioned her closely, and then changed the duvet for a lightweight one plus a blanket: so amazingly thoughtful and much appreciated. We stayed here to go to an opera at Glyndebourne, but there are many other attractions in the area
- the location is fabulous. We are really looking forward to staying again."
