White Lodge Sussex ranked No 1 Lewes bed and breakfast
(Trip Advisor December 2020)
White Lodge near Lewes
This is a beautiful and most unusual property set in delightful woods close to Lewes and gorgeous countryside.
The very friendly hosts provide extremely clean, modern and spacious accommodation and all the facilities are 5 star.
Breakfast is delicious and very carefully personalised to each guest's particular taste.
We would certainly be happy to go back again and highly recommend others to stay.

"Had a lovely 2 night stay in October. Our room was gorgeous and we loved the homemade cake each day!! The house was stunning and had lovely grounds. Our hosts were super attentive and recommended a lovely walk for us. The breakfasts were amazing too and I thoroughly recommended the Irish wheaten bread!"

"Ann and Martin always do everything to make us feel welcome - in their beautiful and spacious house. It is in lovely Sussex countryside, up a quiet lane. Breakfasts offer a wide choice with some original choices: Ann's Irish wheaten bread is delicious. Sussex possibly has more marvellous gardens per square mile than any other part of the country, but two we particularly like are Wakehurst Place (part of Kew Gardens) and Mitchelham Priory - both within easy reach.
Ann and Martin have expert knowledge of local pubs for evening meals: two which we enjoy are the Cock Inn at Ringmer; and the Blacksmiths Arms at Offham, which offers Jamaican food."
