We have three rooms, the third room Copse can be booked as part of a group booking.
Direct bookings are appreciated and cheaper than using a third party, we have a two night minimum stay.

National Trust properties with Sheffield Park and The Bluebell Railway just a 15 minute drive away.
Close to Brighton and The South Downs National Park.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house/setting. The view onto the garden was enhanced by the visits of a variety of wildlife,
including deer, rabbits, squirrels and many birds. Ann and Martin made us feel at home and prepared beautiful breakfasts
which catered to our vegan needs. Our room was spacious, very clean, with a relaxing bed, a fantastic walk-in shower,
and a host of snacks and drinks suited to our particular tastes. Ann and Martin took the time to find out our particular
likes/tastes and this enhanced our stay - thank you 😊👍

A wonderful B&B
This is an absolutely brilliant B&B, one of the very best, and Ann and Mark are perfect hosts who will do everything to
make your stay enjoyable. Our room was stunning and had every possible amenity all of very high quality.
The breakfasts were delicious and substantial with a great choice of options. A terrific stay!

Wonderful host couple who take pride in their fabulous B&B
The loveliest B&B we’ve stayed in recently and certainly the best when going to Glyndebourne. Spotlessly clean, there were
lots of little touches such as delicious cake left in our room each day, filtered water which was greatly appreciated
during heatwave conditions and freshly cooked to order breakfast. However, the outstanding feature of White Lodge B&B
is the wonderful host couple for whom nothing was too much trouble.
