Modern ground floor bedroom (21m²) with views over the front garden. Easy access to shared lounge and main entrance. Very comfortable Dunlopillo kingsize bed (5 ft bed). Luxury en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. 

Double adult occupancy including breakfast.

 

Spinney Superkingsize Ensuite Room -  £170 per night

Luxurious spacious room (28m²) on the first floor with views across the garden, great for watching wildlife or just for relaxing in. Very comfortable Dunlopillo super king-size bed (6ft). Luxury en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. 

Double adult occupancy including breakfast. 

Woodland Superkingsize Ensuite Room -  £170 per night

Very spacious luxurious first floor room (32m²) with far reaching views into our 6 acre ancient oak & bluebell woodland.

Very comfortable Dunlopillo super king-size bed (6ft). Luxury en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower.
