Breakfast is served in the dining area from:

8am - 9am Monday to Friday and 8 -10am Saturday and Sunday inc. Bank Holidays

Guests are requested to choose their breakfasts pre-arrival as all our ingredients are sourced locally

or homemade were possible. Breakfast will be served at our spacious dinning table. 

Most specialist dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.

Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and Kosher menus available upon request.

Continental Breakfast

Fresh fruit. Homemade breads. High Weald Dairy local cheese selection. Greek, natural & raspberry yoghurt. Cereals & muesli.

Lighter Cooked Breakfast

Porridge with homemade fruit compote. Bacon sandwich on homemade sourdough. Poached eggs, ham on english muffins, avocado, poached eggs on toast. Eggs Benedict. Omlette. Scrambled eggs and Spring's smoked salmon.

Full English Breakfast

Holmansbridge's chipolata sausages, bacon, Aga fried eggs (no fat), tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, black pudding.

Breads

Delicious home-made Irish wheaten and brown bread, Flint Owl sourdough.

Preserves

Home-made marmalade, jams, local honey.

Drinks

Freshly made fruit smoothie. Kefir and a range of cow and plant based milks. Orange and pink grapefruit juice.

Freshly ground filter coffee. Tea - Earl Grey, Green, Breakfast. Decaffeinated teas and coffee.
