Having spent a year rennovating White Lodge B&B Lewes we have opened our doors as a luxury B&B set in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. Rural, peaceful surrounded by 10 acres of gardens and woodland but only 15 minutes from Glyndebourne and 10 minutes to Lewes. "It would be hard to find enough superlatives to describe this place. We came across it on the internet by chance whilst searching for a place to stay the night near Lewes and Brighton. It was truly a 5 star bed and breakfast experience: from the warm welcome given by Ann and Martin on arrival (which included wonderful cakes baked in the aga and good, strong tea) and the spacious bedroom with its polished wood floors and every comfort imaginable, to the exceptional breakfast (one of the best we have had anywhere!) and the calming views of the garden and Sussex woodland from every window.
