Last week at White Lodge Bed and Breakfast Lewes the guests favourite was porridge with homemade berry compote. Then a week of cooked breakfasts with homemade sourdough. Now the guests favouite is Eggs Benedict. So to make it extra special I have made homemade english muffins, a taste of luxury smothered in butter!
