This week guests have been enjoying walks direct from White Lodge B&B Lewes where you can see The South Downs which are part of the great South Downs National Park. You can also enjoy a variety of wildlife as the deer can be seen going though the woods on a regular basis roaming between us and The Secret Campsite (opens Easter). Love is in the air with male pheasants courting their ladies. Plus there is a field of Alpacas enjoying the new grass in a neighbours field.
Other guests have been to Lewes to a bit of antique hunting in the many and varied shops in local Lewes. Plus one lucky lady had a 120 year old ring bought from the great jewellers Marston Barrett near Lewes Castle for her birthday!
Plus Glyndebourne Opera continues to be enjoyed with the recent performance of Nothing and a children's special last Sunday.
