Spring has arrived a tad early at White Lodge luxury bed and breakfast near Lewes. Not even the bluebells in our ancient woodland are ready but the front border says otherwise. Lots of bee friendly plants were planted in December as part of our redevelopment of the gardens by Mark and his team from Organic Matters. Plus the old heather bed is in full bloom providing much needed food for the wildlife.
Come and enjoy the many beautiful woodland walks from our doostep or the busttle of antique shopping in nearby Lewes before the Glyndebourne Opera and Charleston seasons begin.
We are 10 minutes from Lewes and 15 minutes from Brighton but set in 10 peaceful acres so you can enjoy the best of both. The Bluebell Railway is also close by for all train drivers and afternoon tea drinkers!
