"This is a very high quality B & B, well-located for Glyndebourne and other attractions in Sussex. The rooms are comfortable with high quality fixtures and fittings and excellent shower room. Our room looked out to woodland at the back of the house and was quiet and peaceful, the black-out curtains ensuring a good night's sleep and making the provided alarm clock essential in order not to miss Ann's superb breakfast."

Yesterday we had a family day our To Standen House, its Willam Morris house interiors and grounds are very impressive and well worth a visit. We were lucky enough to have a private tour up the water tower before the bats came back to nest for this season, the views across the Weald were magnificent. We also have Sheffield Park (10 minutes from White Lodge B&B) and Nymans nearby to enjoy (30 minutes)
