"Excellent B&B in East Sussex"

An ultra modern B&B in a rural location, approximately 5 miles North of Lewes. Our room was of a standard that one would expect of a 5 star hotel and was further enhanced by lots of little touches. (e.g. fresh milk for tea/coffee rather than the usual long life equivalent). Breakfast options were extensive and very well presented. Ann and Martin were very welcoming and made us feel at home from the outset. We would have no hesitation to recommend a stay at this location. Michael & Carisa October 2017

"A Long Weekend at White Lodge"

White Lodge lies within its own beautiful rural setting but very near many interesting historical sites and lovely natural parks and gardens. Ann and Martin’s very high standards of cleanliness, friendly advice, excellent breakfasts and welcoming attitude generally make this a wonderful place to stay. "Exceptional"

From the moment you are greeted on your arrival you will be given the most welcoming and relaxing stay.Ann and Martin could not be more helpful and friendly. There is no exaggeration with the description on websites. All facilities are of high quality and breakfast is truly memorable. All freshly prepared ,cooked and presented to perfection. There is much choice. My wife and I feel most fortunate to have spent 3 wonderful days in such a beautiful home. All set in quiet lovely garden and countryside. Darrell & Beryl, October 2017

"Luxury Hotel Standards"

Luxurious comfort and the most welcoming hosts. Huge, most comfortable beds and bedrooms. Homemade cakes and biscuits in the room along with plenty of teas etc., All allergies and food preferences catered for. Home made bread and jams. Very stylish modernist house. Fantastic centre for exploring the Arts and Crafts and Bloomsbury history. also great for walking holidays. No criticisms at all! Laeila & Julian, October 2017
